Civil Works Audit

As a result of the service of Civil Works Audit, a technical report is issued by the staff of Dexter, containing information on the status of the work regarding the progress of the services and adherence to the schedule.

Audits

In the specific case of audits, the development of the execution of the civil works is checked compared to the deadlines set by the contractor, according to the criterias of measurement established by the client, in order to audit their own internal processes.

Organization and Experience

Dexter renders services of Civil Works Audit since 1993, following an average of 250 works of different types per month: residential, commercial, lots, industrial warehouses, shopping centers, condominiums, among others.

To ensure the organization and increase the speed of execution and delivery of reports, SYS Platform was developed, where the management of all services rendered by Dexter occur, besides enabling the communication of field staff and their coordinators. It is also through this system, via web, that the reports are sent to clients.

Furthermore, through the Quality Management System, the execution of each report follows a rigorous procedure designed according to ISO (International standards of Organization).

Tools have been developed for field use by engineers, with the checking of each report in order to achieve the maximum speed and technical reliability of the final product offered to Dexter´s clientes. Monthly indicators are analyzed and the feedback is processed, seeking continuous improvement in the quality of services provided.
